Material Description

MED 1827A is a single-coated, soft, pliable, transparent polyurethane film with an acrylic adhesive. This product’s conformable film offers a high degree of user comfort, while its transparency allows for wound or site visibility. It is used in wound care as well as IV securement, incise applications, and situation requiring a good MVTR.
In some applications, it can act as a barrier to assist in decreasing the risk of bacterial infections. The adhesive is protected by a one-side siliconized glassine paper liner.
